To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Use AI services for non-study purposes, such as scraping data or excessive querying.

4. AI Usage and Data Collection

The AI services are strictly for educational purposes. We reserve the right to monitor and limit usage.

Use of User Responses for AI Fine-Tuning: By submitting responses to practice questions, you acknowledge that anonymized versions of your answers may be used to improve our AI grading and feedback system. Responses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, structure, and software on the Site, including any databases, belong to ExamBridge LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized use of AI tools.

7. Security

We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users must report unauthorized account access immediately.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms
